We offer refunds in certain circumstances, such as: Duplicate recharges due to technical errors. Failed recharges where the payment is deducted but the recharge is not processed.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 4 hours to 24 hours of the transaction. You may be required to provide proof of the failed recharge or duplicate transaction.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3 Working days to 7 Working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances: Recharges made to incorrect mobile numbers or incorrect operators. Recharges for the wrong denomination or plan. Recharges where the service has already been utilized or expired
Canceling Recharges:
Once a recharge transaction is initiated, it cannot typically be canceled. Please ensure that you review and verify the details of your recharge before confirming the transaction.
